Maintenance Plans
Inside Wire Maintenance covers the repair and/or replacement of faulty standard inside wiring and/or modular jacks resulting from normal wear and tear, deterioration and damage. Inside wiring is the wiring from the demarcation box (box attached to your home or building) to the jacks. With the Inside Wire Maintenance Plan there is no charge for the service call if the problem is found in standard inside wiring and/or modular jacks. The Inside Wire Maintenance Plan is $.30 per month, per line.
Telephone Maintenance covers the replacement of all single-line telephones that malfunction due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. The Telephone Maintenance Plan is $1.25 per month, per telephone.
