Modem Maintenance covers the repair or replacement of any DSL modem that malfunctions due to equipment failure or normal wear and tear. With the DSL Modem Maintenance Plan there is no charge for the service call or for equipment repair or replacement. The DSL Modem Maintenance Plan is $3.00 per month, per modem.
Damage to equipment (wiring, jacks, telephones or DSL modems) caused by misuse or handling beyond normal wear and tear is not covered by the Maintenance Plans.
